Seadust Cancun Family Resort - All Inclusive

We loved almost everything. Especially the staff. Maria (from guest services) and Pedro (from Florencia restaurant) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make our special day even more special. All other staff members were also very helpful. Also, in general, all the facilities in the hotel are really good. Room service/housekeeping always accommodated all our requests. Rooms are also beautiful and well maintained. Pool and beach amenities are also great. The reason I said almost everything at the start is because we would have loved move vegetarian/vegan options both at the buffet as well as the restaurants. Currently they are a little limited. However, those that were there were great. Also Chefs also accommodated our requests to convert certain dishes to vegetarian. Overall very happy with our stay

Cleanliness, great nighttime entertainment shows, different courts for sports, teens club, and pools are clean compared to other all-inclusive resorts.. I enjoy their nice gym and the new catcus coffee shop. All indoor areas are very well ventilated. I love the ice-cream and crepe stand, it is a very nice touch!

Everything! The food was good and varied, but the best was the service and the staff. They were always attentive to serve you and help you with everything. They were fast, easygoing, courteous, very empathetic; they treated you like family. We were impressed by this formidable manifestation of radical hospitality. I can't avoid to mention names: Ousceli, waiter at the food gallery buffet, Jesus, with the corceles (stallions in English) Jaime, air-condition dept. Edgar, bellboys, Veronica and Edgar captain and waiter at Florencia (Italian) restaurant and others whose names I don't recall. They were and are so outstandingly effective at what they do that we feel much obliged. We will always come back: blind closely.

Great location and view from the room

I really like the hospitality of the staff. Everyone are so welcoming especially Eduardo Urbina who helps us to get the best in our accomodation. The food and amenities are all excellent.
